This CSR role is responsible for greeting, caring for and assisting customers in a courteous and pleasant manner, by processing deposits, withdrawals and payments; answering customer’s questions and directing them to the appropriate bank personnel; listening to customers wants and recognizing what they need or what the bank can do to serve them better.
