MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Efficiently secure sub-contractor dates and negotiate rates in the contracts. Work closely with TE’s and RE’s in the field to have systems updated by the Post-Season Update deadline. Regularly audit reports for added and cancelled dates and communicate changes with suppliers. Secure all necessary COI in a timely manner. Communicate clearly and work with key stakeholders across departments and the field. Coordinate with relevant team members to secure sub-cons and make necessary changes based on any assortment fluctuations. Make necessary updates to itineraries when services are denied or changed. KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES Strong Communicator. You will have extensive correspondence that relies on you being conversant in our systems, timelines, guidelines and terminology. Organized. You’re an efficient time-manager and can handle the pressure of meeting multiple strict deadlines. Ability to work independently and with a team: You will be collaborating and often contributing to discussions amongst internal teams; you also work effectively without a lot of support or structure. Problem-Solvers. As an action-oriented self-starter, you’re eager to apply your expertise in diagnosing inefficiencies, determining root causes, and recommending solutions to complex challenges. Salary Ranges: $25.96 - $33.66 At Backroads, we uphold a commitment to transparency and fairness within our hiring process, particularly regarding compensation. The salary range posted for each role applies to both employment offers and employees actively working in the role. Pay ranges for remote-eligible roles will be subject to adjustment based on the geolocation of the employee.
