Store Manager

We are looking for a results driven Store Manager who will lead a small team of Sales Associates to maintain a culture of accountability. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in ordering and merchandising, employee recruitment, and/or retail management.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
• Follow banking requirements and procedures
• Ensure that the store is open on time every day and open during all business hours
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• Have product knowledge and sales experience
• Ordering product and maintaining stock levels
• Maintain proper levels of stock by placing orders from our preferred vendors

• Reliable means of transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
