Swedish Match North America LLC, develops, manufactures, and sells quality products with market leading brands such as ZYN nicotine pouches and other smokeless tobacco products. In order to continually promote and create innovative products that support our vision we are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Owensboro, KY location.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide optimum customer service as required to maintain and enhance existing business and to obtain new business. Take personal and complete responsibility for every order to ensure the customer requirements are met from time of initial order through delivery, invoicing and payment of the same.
- Respond to internal and external customer calls via the toll-free Customer Service line.
- Assist the customer and/or the Sales Representative with any inquiry or problem concerning their orders or accounts. Provide prompt and professional response and resolution to each inquiry.
- Process all orders in an efficient and expedient manner as received via phone or email.
- Assist in the solicitation and sales of company products or services to new and existing customers as requested.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via Customer Service email account, providing a prompt and professional response.
- Attend customer service related seminars, in-house training, sales meeting, plant tours, and trade shows when required.
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
Education: High School diploma; Associate degree preferred, or equivalent experience required.
Experience: Experience in sales order entry position for data entry. Accounting knowledge and previous experience helpful. Inside selling and/or telemarketing.
Skills/Knowledge: Must have excellent oral communication skills in order to deal with customers and all levels of management. Basic business math skills, problem solving, telephone techniques, stress and time management. Must possess a thorough knowledge of all company products. Must have experience in MS Excel. Must be very attentive to detail, flexible and have a strong desire for customer satisfaction.
