Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a full-time Documents Manager to join our team!

Who We Are:

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. has been in business since 2005. We are a growing company that collects and recycles used cooking oil. With over 18 years in business, we collect and process used cooking oil for the production of Biodiesel, a carbon reducing alternative fuel to Hydrocarbons. We operate in 15 States with service to over 22,000 locations and growing. Buffalo Biodiesel is subject to and complies with the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act.

We are seeking an experienced, work driven, and mature manager to organize and run our documents department. The job includes creating a file system for contracts, rebate checks, and other miscellaneous paperwork, managing a file clerk, mail clerk, and contracts clerk, and monitoring department productivity through reports.

Hours: M-F 7am to 4pm Saturday 7am to noon. Additional hours as required. No remote work available.

Responsibilities:

- Implement organizational systems for filing

- Filing contracts, oil tickets, welcome letters and removals, rebate checks

- Manage 3 direct reports through spot checks and weekly reports given directly to CEO

- Scan and upload documents to the correct folders

Requirements:

- Master of Library and Information Science.

- Minimum 2 years of managing experience.

- Minimum of 2 years of filing experience.

- Drug free lifestyle

- A clean motor vehicle report

Salary: Starting pay is from $70,000-$80,000 per annum plus performance incentives.
