Overview:
We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. If you have a passion for helping others and possess the necessary skills, we welcome you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean environment
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
- Support clients with mobility assistance and transfers
- Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, including dementia care
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition
Experience:
- Experience or knowledge in social work or related fields
- Ability to lift and assist with mobility needs
- Familiarity with ADLs and personal care tasks
- Understanding of senior care principles and home care practices
- Proficiency in meal preparation for diverse dietary requirements
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques and supportive systems
