Senior Interior Designer - Luxury Residential | Winter Park, FL

This Senior Interior Designer is a high-energy, positive-minded, self-directed leader responsible for the implementation and creation of project design on luxury private custom homes. Utilizing their successful track record with over 10,000 square feet custom home interiors, this position requires in-depth interior architecture and custom home construction knowledge. This leader will demonstrate their abilities in professional client communication, budget management, space planning, material specification, furniture line knowledge, and specification.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
• Min 10 years of design experience - luxury residential projects
• Luxury custom home, private client design experience
• AutoCAD experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with creative input
• In-depth knowledge of Interior Architecture and custom home construction
• Excellent presentation skills in small/large group settings and/or via virtual conference calls
• Finely tuned and tasteful eye for color, texture, and pattern
• Expert technical knowledge for creating specifications and installation coordination of FF&E furnishings, decorative lighting, and other related interior design contract documents
• Client management skills, proactive solutions, and critical thinking
• Ability to manage and delegate/review multiple priorities while consistently achieving high standards and goals
• Leadership skills; proven experience in motivating and inspiring others is essential
• Knowledgeable in appropriate costs, budgeting, and estimating techniques
