Memory Care Nurse Manager

Full-Time: 80 hours per 2-week pay period

This is a salaried position working regular business hours

Memory Care Nurse Manager

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a skilled RN to use their high-quality clinical, supervisory, and customer service skills as a Nursing Manager in our Eagle Crest South community. The Nursing Manager will join us in leading a solid team of licensed and unlicensed healthcare professionals to provide caring and compassionate nursing care to up to 63 residents in the Memory Care units.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee resident care from admission assessment through discharge, consistent with regulations and established best practices for the Memory Care units.
  • Responsible for the initial and ongoing staff training - especially with medication management
  • This position partner with the unit's Program Coordinator, for service deliver
  • The Nursing Manager will be supervising a team of nurses, including disciplinary actions when necessary.

What You’ll Need

  • Current license to practice in the State of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse
  • 2 years’ experience in a leadership role and/or supervisor capacity in a healthcare or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative, and restorative clinical practices.
  • Experience in acute care or long-term care is beneficial
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record required

Based upon previous experience and qualifications.
