Silver Birch Living is looking for a seasoned Controller to join our Central Team.
The Controller is a key member of the Accounting and Finance Team and reports to the CFO.
The Controller will lead or be involved in Financial Reporting, Accounting Operations, Internal Controls, Financial Analysis, Compliance, Strategic Planning, and Stakeholder Communication.
The Successful Controller Will Meet The Following Qualifications.

The Controller is a key member of the Accounting and Finance Team and reports to the CFO.
The Controller will lead or be involved in Financial Reporting, Accounting Operations, Internal Controls, Financial Analysis, Compliance, Strategic Planning, and Stakeholder Communication.
The Successful Controller Will Meet The Following Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), strongly preferred
- Eight (8) or more years of experience in accounting and financial management
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems preferred
