• In collaboration with the Cohort Programs Coordinator, develops student recruitment plan.
• Manages orientation for online learners and provides support for new students during the orientation process.
• Develops inbound/outbound communication for recruitment efforts utilizing various methods.
• Serves as an initial point of contact for online inquiries and provides information about Western Kentucky University, various program admissions requirements, financial aid, tuition, course registration, and degree requirements.
• Utilizes marketing communications tools to process inquiries and data information and follows-up with/provides assistance to interested parties.
• Creates, implements, and maintains communication plans and marketing plans for cohort and online programs.
• Coordinates and participates in campus student information sessions and workshops.
• Assists students in registering for cohort programs each semester and provides advising when needed.
• Assists the Online Program Development Manager to ensure successful compliance efforts to include but not limited to: data collection and researching information related to federal compliance for online learning.
• Other duties as assigned .
