Summary
The Anew Crew Members/Kitchen focus on food preparation and service, including f ollowing recipes accurately and maintaining food preparation, Completing hot and cold food preparation assignments accurately, neatly, and in a timely fashion, preparing food throughout the day as needed, anticipating and reacting to customer volume, maintaining proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while preparing and cooking food . Crew Members/Kitchen must have the ability to serve customers in a friendly and helpful way, cashing out guests with accuracy, maintaining general appearance and cleanliness of store premises, completion of paperwork; and other various duties as directed by store manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following *:

• Provide outstanding customer service to all visitors of the location. This includes the ability to interface with customers in a friendly and helpful way using developed skills and knowledge to assist in meeting the customers needs.

• Operate and utilize a sales register system as trained and maintain a correct balance of cash is required. All other financial transactions will be performed accuratly within set tolerances and demands.

• Utilize other business systems equipment as necessary and trained in order to process authorizations for financial transactions, process faxes, and other sales or machines as needed.

• Utilize time not waiting on customers to maintain a clean and attractive sales area as well as clean and maintain any or all areas of the store or exterior as required.

• Employee will have the capacity to pass food safety training as needed or required. Employees will follow all quidelines of safe food handling.

• Employee will work with other members of the team on duty to carry out the needs of shift and business as required. In addition, employee will use consideration in working with the other team members needs on duty the shift prior to or following the employees shift on duty regarding completion of duties or assisting as needed.

• Work assigned scheduled hours and assist with filling in need shifts as hours of availability allow. Employees will come to work on time and not leave early without managers approval.

Complete all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Past experience in a convenience store or fuel station is preferred. Great guest service is essential. The ideal candidate must be people-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable.
