Essential Duties/Responsibilities of a Ready-Mix Plant Laborer:

• Ability to Operate a skidsteer
• Operate a front-end loader
• Ability to Operate a water truck
• Cleaning plant, shoveling material, and cleaning up material spills.
• Organizing plant equipment and parts room.
• Keeping the plant in compliance for inspections (planned or unplanned).
• Parts running, picking up parts, supplies, dropping off parts.
• Lube and services on equipment.
• Assist other roles in their duties if needed
