Positions are Part Time and currently WAH- Work At Home, however you must be within a one hour commute of Lenexa, KS.$14 per hourTraining Schedule7am-4pm Monday-Friday for 2 weeks.
Work ScheduleMandatory 3 evenings 5pm-10pm (but can choose to work all 5 evenings). Also requires every other Saturday 8am-12pm.
QualificationsPrevious experience in Customer Service, Retail, Call Centers, Collections, Sales and/or Telemarketing
Proven ability and desire to help people
Excellent listening and negotiation skills with a customer service focus
Engaging and enthusiastic personality
Confident, clear and effective communication style
Organized, self-driven and goal-oriented
Keyboard proficiency and computer literacy
High School Diploma or GED is required
Bilingual candidates are a plus!
