Account Specialist Lead

Metalcraft, a leader in the nameplate/label industry, providing identification solutions for customers worldwide, has a great opportunity for a full-time Account Specialist Lead. The Account Specialist will lead the team of Account Specialists that support large accounts by teaming with the assigned territory sales representatives.

What does a typical day look like?

Your day to day is to provide support onsite at our facility in Mason City, Iowa to lead our team that works with large accounts and large opportunities, who in turn work with our territory sales specialists to assist in their success. Some of the daily an account specialist would accomplish would be:

• Ensure adequate coverage for your team, ensuring success for all stakeholders.
• Assist in customer service, including customer complaints.
• Maintain leads. 
• Complete quotes as needed as a backup to the Account Specialist team when needed.
• Collaboration is critical, you will be working with technical specialists, along with territory sales reps on quotes and opportunities.
• You are in constant communication with your team on updates, progress, you are balancing the needs of customer and Metalcraft.

Special Job Characteristics and Skills Needed or Required.

• Previous experience working in a customer service or account specialist position is highly recommended for consideration.
• Interpersonal skills to work with your inside and outside teams!
• Previous experience supervising/leadership is not required, but will be highly sought after.
• Must be proficient working with hardware and software programs, previous CRM experience (Salesforce) is a plus.
• You can demonstrate your ability and history handling multiple responsibilities and projects.
