American Residential Warranty is looking for a talented and competitive Telephone Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. A Telephone Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales over the phone.

Shift:

Monday through Friday 11:30pm-9:00pm EST. Shifts scheduled based on business needs. Mandatory 2 Saturdays per month 9am-5pm EST. 40 hours total per week.

Compensation:

Competitive Base pay of $16 per hour with an aggressive commission plan, bonuses and spiffs. Total compensation $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year. No cap on commissions!

Training:

Next Training class is June 17

Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
• Handle 100-200 dials per day
• Warm leads, 80% outbound, 20% inbound
• Use a dialer system for outbound and inbound calling
• Understand customer needs and requirements by following scripts and advising customers on our warranty plans
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Close sales in one call and achieve quotas
• Perform effective online demos to prospects

Skills

• Proven inside sales experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Experience working with Salesforce.com, dialer systems, Microsoft Teams, or similar CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
