Job Summary
This position is responsible for assisting students in academic achievement and retention by providing one-on-one and group tutoring.
Georgia Highlands College offers excellent opportunities for students to grow their skills while furthering their education.
Responsibilities
* Tutors students in one-on-one or group settings
* Greets students when they enter Tutorial Center
* Monitors student use of sign-in database
* Performs clerical work
* Answers telephone
* Keeps Tutorial Center orderly
Required Qualifications
* Have earned an A or B in the course for which the tutor is responsible for tutoring
* Responsible, dependable, and punctual
* Self-starter
Proposed Salary
$10.00/hour
