The Business Development Manager (“BDM”) is responsible for identifying and nurturing growth opportunities for our detail labor company (Dealer Prep Services "DPS") within our existing customer base and generating new business opportunities in targeted markets. The BDM will work closely with the DPS General Manager to identify and prioritize areas of opportunity in the business segment. Additionally, this role works closely with the DPS General Manager to help ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Primary Tasks: The primary tasks of the BDM are below:

• Identify and prioritize new business opportunities.
• Develop sales and marketing materials to support targeted growth.
• Develop strong relationships within the current customer base.
• Evaluate pricing strategies across target markets.
• Present engaging and persuasive sales presentations to dealers and manage the sales cycle end to end.
