Domus Management Company, an Established Affordable Housing Property Management Company has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Supervisor in the San Francisco region.

Strong knowledge of HUD Affordable Housing Maintenance is required. Experience with REAC Inspections, Housing Authority Inspections, Adhering to Budgets, Property Rehabs, Etc. Must be able to oversee several items at once.

This position is responsible for oversight of all maintenance functions for approximately 5-6 HUD properties (in the same neighborhood) in San Francisco.

Qualifications Include:

• 3 years of Apartment Maintenance Supervisory Experience
• Ability to communicate well with Vendors, Co-workers, Residents, etc.
• Experience preparing for 3rd party agency inspections
• Solution oriented problem solver with excellent communication skills
• Team Leader who can Mentor, Train and Discipline as necessary
• Pro-active, Action-Oriented and Solution Driven
• Prioritize all property maintenance tasks effectively
• Expertise in all aspects of Property Maintenance
• Time Management, Prioritizing, Meeting deadlines
• Unit Inspection and Preventive Maintenance Experience
• Highly involved in the day-to-day operations of multiple properties
• Supervisor Maintenance staff in carrying out daily tasks to ensure work is completed efficiently
• Ensuring vacant units are turned in a timely manner and by company procedure, annual unit inspections are completed, and regular work orders are accurately completed in a timely manner
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively interact with executive team, site team members, residents, vendors and inspectors
• Ability to check and respond to emails, obtain bid specs, and complete company maintenance reports, forms, etc. as needed

Compensation Includes:

• Salary Range, based on Experience Level is $68,000 - $71,000 annually
