Account Executive – Non-Commercial – Casino Sales

We are looking for an Account Executive to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Executive’s role is to manage the overall performance of accounts in casinos. Ensuring contracts are maintained 100% in accordance to account KPIs and determining ways to improve efficiencies.

The salary range for this position is $55,000-$75,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Understand all aspects of each account contract you are manage
• Maintain familiarity with account KPIs and ensure they are 100% contractual
• Develop a strong working relationship with all key contacts with your accounts
• Balance both office work and unit visitation (50 % administration - 50% unit visitation)
• Be a positive representation of the department within the company, throughout the distribution territory and industry
• Attend Company sponsored events as needed and as requested by senior sales management
• Understand overall department focus and department customer base in order to assist others in department with projects if needed
• Understand company strategic and tactical goals and objectives
• Develop a strong working relationship with all internal departments
• Meet weekly with the Non-Commercial Account Manager to review accounts as well as established goals to measure progress.

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant experience in casino sales or related account executive work
• Experience in bookkeeping/accounting experience
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong background in customer service
• The ability to understand and interpret RFP’s and GPO contracts
• A motivated self-starter who is willing to motivate and empower others to succeed
• Exceptional communication skills
• Comfortable using technology (laptop, web-based applications, Microsoft Office)
