About the Role: We are expanding our services in Butler/Armstrong and are looking for an energetic Supervisor to join our team and help drive our mission! 

As a Community Services Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise employees in identified services and provides a minimum of monthly individual and group supervision.
• Provide oversight and support in clinical supervision and case consultation

• Market programs and monthly meetings with the program customers.
• Quality Assurance of Programing.
• Work closely with the CBS leadership team to develop Quality Improvement plans.
• Manage the referral and intake process of the program.
• Review client assessments to ensure appropriate treatment and service delivery
• Evaluate and monitor individual treatment for youth in regard to social, emotional, medical and mental health needs.
• Conduct and monitor initial and ongoing training and development of employees
• Participate as a department and agency trainer 
• Oversee data collection and monitor information as developed.
• Assist in planning annual budget and monitors expenditures monthly
• Travel to meet with program staff and customers.

Requirements: 

• Master’s degree in social work or a related human services field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a child-focused setting.
• Valid PA driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in using a computer in the field and ability to learn new electronic systems.
• Demonstrate qualities of a supervisor that include empathy, good listening skills and critical thinking.
