Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual or English Floor Care Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in floor care, custodial services, and commercial cleaning. This position offers an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Duties:
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, and sanitizing designated areas
- Utilize floor care techniques including buffing, carpet cleaning, and waxing
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas and resident rooms
- Assist with environmental services tasks as needed
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures

Skills:
- Experience in floor care, custodial services, and commercial cleaning
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills to interact with residents and staff
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently
