Summary:

Maintains and administers intercompany ageing, communicates with internal and external customers, handling of administrative tasks, and provides support to AR Representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Review ageing for intercompany customers on a daily basis
• Providing copies of invoices, statements, credits and debits as well as proof of deliveries per customer’s request.
• Receive and answer phone calls as well as emails from customers or other departments in regard to invoice requests or other customers related invoicing issues
• Daily invoicing for Key Account (s)
• Supports AR Team while working closley with, Customer Service, and Warehouses
• Provide auditors necessary back up as requested such as invoice copy along with purchase order and pick ticket. If invoice had been paid provided banking information as well.
• Processes credits and debits along with RMA cases
• Daily outgoing mail
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• 45 wpm
• 8000 ten key
• Aptitude test
