OakBrook Senior Living is looking for caring and compassionate Caregivers to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. OakBrook provides care that is tailored to meet each individuals needs where they are.

Our live-in position requires the caregiver to live in the home full time. Each caregiver would be provided their own bedroom and bathroom. Caregivers have access to food prepared in the home and use of the kitchen and common areas.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Companionship and conversation

Light housekeeping tasks

Meal preparation

Medication and appointment reminders

Transportation to appointments

Assistance with grooming and bathing

Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues

Alzheimer’s Care

*Skills training provided

We offer a great culture where you will feel supported by our reliable office staff 24 hours a day. We have a nurse practitioner over all care to help support the team.

Because safety and wellbeing are of top priority, you will receive all required training and PPE for COVID-19 precautions may that arise.

We offer free training courses through our online learning platform.

Training is compensated.

Requirements to be a Care Professional:

**Senior Care experience

*Dementia experience

Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect

Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner

Complete a criminal background check, DMV check
