The Opportunity
MWC is seeking a dynamic and versatile Warehouse Team Leader to oversee and engage in all facets of warehouse operations during the assigned shift. This role is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to lead, grow, and excel in a company that values your contribution and believes in your potential. This permanent position will report to the Warehouse Manager and key responsibilities include but are not limited to; Spearhead the total operation of the shift, ensuring seamless production and adherence to schedules. Conduct daily crew meetings , focusing on safety, quality, and production goals. Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate digital records. Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices and safety standards. Operate and troubleshoot warehouse machinery . Generate KPI reports and resolve quality issues. Oversee the hiring and training of new team members, fostering a positive work environment and employee development. Implement GPS processes to drive efficiency and uphold MWC’s core values.
The Skills you will bring to the team Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Proven ability to operate or learn warehouse equipment. Strong attendance and safety record. Excellent communication and mathematical skills. Proficient in PC use and standard software applications. Knowledge of OSHA, USDA, HACCP, and safety practices.
