Milton Town School District is in search of a dynamic, forward-thinking Behavior Services and Restorative Practices Coordinator to enrich our middle school community. This role requires candidates with a background in middle-level and/or high school teaching, a deep understanding of restorative and trauma-informed practices, and a proven track record of implementing innovative instructional methods. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team to develop robust middle school restorative practices and enhance behavior systems. Candidates must have middle-level and/or high school experience, be knowledgeable in restorative and trauma-informed practices, and demonstrate innovative instructional practices.
They must also be able to work with a team and lead professional development for staff.
