Come join our team as a Part-Time Licensed Facility Administrator at The Atlantes in Cincinnati, OH. You will oversee the daily operations of the facility and work to ensure team, family, and patient satisfaction in all areas.
$65,000 to $72,000 Per Year
(based on experience and licensure)

You'll Be Responsible For:

1. Ensuring facility is following all federal and state guidelines.
2. Establishing a proactive and engaging relationship with the team members, families and community.
3. Maintaining direct oversight of the following operations in the facility, including but not limited to the following:

• Team Member Satisfaction by working through/with the facility department heads
• Assisting with team member issue management
• Excellent clinic
• Patient/Responsible party satisfaction.
• Census Management
• Accounts receivable
• Controllable Cost Management
• Quality of Care - Works to ensure the facility maintains at least a 4 star on CMS 5-star program
• Managing the CMS Quality Indicators
• Ensuring the corporate office receives timely follow-up on requested items (i.e. AR issues/questions, Corporate monthly reports, Invoices, Payroll Summaries, Credit card expense reporting)
• Any duties assigned by the Regional Administrator, COO and/or CEO

• A desire to work with the elderly & desire to achieve excellent outcomes for patients/families and staff
• Follows the facility Mission, Vision and Values to achieve great outcomes
• An active Administrator’s License in the state where the facility is located
