Summary:

The Marketing Administrator position responds to any incoming requests in the Marketing email and makes sure each task is assigned properly and completed.

Job Duties:

The Marketing Administrator will be responsible for completing the following job duties:

• Intake/distribution/manage marketing projects utilizing Workfront software
• Work directly with members of Marketing and Sales teams
• Update/maintain contact lists
• General office tasks such as filing, preparing mailings
• Help with other department tasks as necessary

Qualifications:

The following qualifications are required of the Marketing Administrator:

Education:

• A college degree is preferred but not required

Experience:

• Marketing 1 year preferred

Skills:

• Must be flexible and able to handle last minute changes and working with many different personalities.

• Project Coordination/Management.
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Graphic design and Blogging skills a plus.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

Compensation Statement

The starting base salary range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 an hour. This is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside the provided range.
