Our direct client is in need of a Model N Consultant to support defects and enhancements for a system that just went live.

Fully remote.

• Support business on day-to-day activities such as Model N Flex Master Data, Contracts, Sales & Rebates etc.
• Analysis & solution for Model N Flex Technical and Functional related question by Business users.
• Involves in Ticket Resolution for Model N Flex Revenue Management & Validata
• Repetitive issues would be closely supervised, and RCA is done within a timeline to fix the issues permanently.
• SIT, UAT support for enhancement, development support, bug fixes, monitoring, product enhancements, training, release activities.
• Data extract for Audit and Business requirement and involve in Reconciliation data support
• Work closely with business to understand functional requirements, design and review the technical deliverables and implementation of the solution.
• Create Knowledge Articles (KA) for all the possible scenarios and relate those KA’s wherever applicable.
