Pay Rate: $90 – $97/hr DOE
Must Haves
- Previous experience in Portfolio Management
- Experience with Clarity would be ideal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous work experience in project management in Corporate Enterprise Environment
- Ability to lead people, organized, confident
Basic QualificationsResponsibilities of this role include:
- Responsible for all aspects of project portfolio including ideation, scoping, prioritization, and activation of projects within assigned Enterprise Technology department
- Conduct ongoing portfolio review meetings with executives to establish a prioritized portfolio
- Create and influence documentation for rollout of demand management and resource allocation process improvements or PPM tool capabilities
- Ensure conversion of ideas to projects that were committed during quarterly prioritization reviews
- Develop and foster relationships and engagement models with Enterprise Technology leaders, PMO lead, project managers, IT Business Operations, and external partners
- Elevate awareness of cross-portfolio dependencies and impacts
- Exercise critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical capabilities with strong attention to detail
- Support financial approval process
- Collaborate and delegate to Portfolio and Resource Analyst
- Drive and own completion of special projects (up to 10%)
- Deliver on ad-hoc requests as required (up to 10%)
- 7 years combined IT experience in portfolio, demand, or resource management strongly preferred
- Experience supporting a large technology portfolio with multiple business stakeholders
- Experience in a program management role with multiple contributing projects
- Demonstrable work experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Demonstrable experience with a PPM tool (e.g., Clarity, Planview, Align)
- Ability to present materials to management to drive decision making
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization
- Exhibits critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical capabilities with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work and adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment with consistent change
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office online and collaboration tools
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certifications desired: Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Resource Management experience is a plus
