**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism or developmental disabilities to implement behavior plans and provide support. **Responsibilities:** - Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) - Provide direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to individuals - Collect data on individual's progress and behaviors - Assist in the development of individualized care plans - Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior plans - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress **Experience:** The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities - Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and strategies - Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health - Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team - Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and colleagues - Understanding of special education principles - Proficiency in creating and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs Join our team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve through your dedication and expertise in behavioral management.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
