Mindlance is Hiring a Remote REMOTE - Program Analyst

This position reports and takes direction from the Global Mobility Expatriate Tax, Vendor, and Technology Tax Manager.
The Global Mobility Program Analyst provides department metrics, presentations of work activities/accomplishments, , process vendor payments, and complete activities on technology projects. guidance and education on the cost accrual administration budgeted and data imports. Retrieves various data files (tax equalization, vendor, expatriate assignments costs, financials, and special (i.e., one-offs) to prepare metrics and report monthly and quarterly activities.
Process and track monthly invoices through the SAP system. Track resource email communications, respond timely to employees and vendors. Support and lead key technology and tax project activities/ initiatives to closure. Research discrepancies and communicates with various business and vendor liaisons to close out and/or resolve vendor payments or system issues. The program analyst will work closely with manager and team members for status updates and information to close out open matter. The incumbent will run reports and review the system for accuracy, providing recommendations for process improvements and system/digital automation to further streamline program administration. The program analyst may assist with explaining the vendor, technology life cycle, and related procedures and work with stakeholders and LM designated vendors to resolve discrepancies. The incumbent will provide updates and responses to employee inquiries, folders, and data.
The incumbent is responsible for maintaining and updating processes and reports for vendor/technology and tax administration. The program analyst should have technical skills in manipulating the mass amount of data files/loads, Excel manipulation with pivot tables, formulas, Power Query, MS SharePoint, and data visualization. Knowledge of SharePoint, financial, vendor systems, and project skills are critical. Working knowledge and savvy skills in PowerPoint/presentations that are business ready to present. The program analyst will manage file imports that require high data quality, metrics, reporting, and feedback to various liaisons to ensure data and payments are accurate. Communicates regularly with Global Mobility and Accounting peers while promoting compliance with Lockheed Martin's corporate policies. The incumbent performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with expatriate management and tax equalization workflow and issues
Three or more years of global mobility experience
International Business Experience
Technical skills: Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and Power Query, compile and deliver metrics/scorecards), Develop to completion PowerPoint presentations.
Ability to provide performance metrics and reports of data
MS SharePoint
Desired skills :
