Accounting Assistant/Payroll/Human Resources Assistant (Experienced) (Part Time) (Full Time) 25 Hours per week. Start time of 9.30am.

Hourly Pay Rate: $ 25.00 per hour based upon knowledge and experience.

The Mill Restaurant Group, LLC (MRG) consists of: The Mill on the River, Abigail’s Grille & Wine Bar, Cal’s Wood Fired Grille, Market Grille, and Republic of Bloomfield.

MRG is seeking an Experienced Part Time/Full Time Accounting Assistant/Human Resources Assistant for our Corporate Office located in South Windsor, CT.

Hourly Pay Rate: $ 25.00 per hour based upon knowledge and experience.

Qualified Candidates must demonstrate a Highly Motivated Attitude, Genuine Passion for Accounting, Human Resources, Payroll, Employee Recruitment and Retention!

Restaurant Experience and Human Resource Experience in dealing with an employee work base of 400 to 500 employees is preferred but willing to train the right person.

Should have experience in Insolved QuickBooks, Word and Excel.

If you have the ability to work on multiple projects, understand and process accounting and payroll, maintain employees’ files and defend unemployment and works compensation claims, great attention to detail and willingness to learn, stable and progressive work history, strong work ethic, integrity, and willingness to work in a team environment with a commitment to “Do Whatever it Takes Attitude” we want to speak with you.

Qualifications:

Experience as an Accounting, Payroll and Human Resource Professional.

Work Hours: Part Time/Full Time – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Possible Thursday and or Friday.

Must have reliable transportation.

Hourly Pay Rate: $ 25.00 per hour based upon knowledge and experience.

Must be passionate about the position.
