Provide phone and On-Site support and repairs for the Lou Fusz Automotive Network at all locations. Work with vendors and IT team members to resolve problems. Document technical processes and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Be self-managed, motivated, and open to change
- Must possess solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills
- Have a strong desire and ability to learn
- Work well independently or in a team environment
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with Windows operating systems
- An understanding of computer hardware, software applications, and network connectivity
- Full time, Hourly, 40 hours, 5 days per week, Tuesday through Saturday:
- Tuesday/Thursday: 9:30-18:00
- Wednesday/Friday: 10:30-19:00
- Saturday:8:00-16:30
