Opportunity Matters, Inc., based in Sartell, MN, is a non-profit organization that provides residential services, social opportunities, behavior consulting, direct care, and a day program to individuals with disabilities. Since 1980, OMI has been helping individuals to live as independently as possible, and participate in community life. OMI operates residential sites throughout the St. Cloud area, and services at the main office in Sartell.
The Recruiter/Trainer at OMI maintains the recruitment process from initiating the job requisition through onboarding. The person in this role presents the first impression of the Organization to potential staff. It is important for the person in this role to enjoy talking face-to-face with people, be able to describe why OMI is an employer of choice, able to ask questions, listen, and assess job candidates for successful hires, and share the details of the role so that the people enter a role that has been accurately described to them. We are looking for someone that is ambitious, enthusiastic, self-directed, resourceful, and can evaluate and solve challenges independently once trained.

Skills:
Must be able to successfully complete a DHS Background Study, have a valid Class D driver's license, and have a Motor Vehicle Record that is acceptable to the Organizations insurance standards.
