About the Role:
The Director of Business Development (DBD) oversees the provision of Marketing and Business Growth activities within the Arbor Counseling Services (ACS) facility. The DBD is responsible for achieving the desired utilization of the organization’s continuum of care through the effective application of marketing principles and methods.
The Director of Business Development is actively involved in discussions related to a wide variety of market issues including, but not limited to, strategic planning, potential growth opportunities, future projects, and changing in programing/protocols.
The DBD is responsible for the oversight of strategic marketing plans, enhancing the market image of ACS, management of business development activities and maintaining an active and productive working relationship with ACS staff. The DBD communicates issues or potential problems proactively, especially with the ACS CEO.
Hours are based on departmental, and facility needs and may include day, evening, and weekend hours, as directed by the Facility CEO. Come join our team & play an exciting part in taking control of the mental health crisis in our community!
