Job Summary:

This position will ensure centralized administration of all activities related to the pricing and vehicle configuration functions. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure consistent information across all systems and the successful delivery of key pricing and configuration objectives.

Pricing Responsibilities (25%)

• Develop and administer all pricing policies for vehicles, accessories and options including any new products
• Develop and maintain pricing database for publishing price lists for all channels and customers
• Maintain price lists and approval rules Salesforce system for all variations of customers and products
• Update and publish price lists quarterly/annually for various business requirements
• Publish all pricing bulletins to channel and customers
• Coordinate annual pricing change processes within the business
• Set up all pricing in Salesforce to trigger based on customer / product
• Control annual pricing process for publishing MSRP
• Set up all pricing for new products – add to master pricing files and maintain systems to support product launches
• Responsible for all testing in relation to pricing changes and updates including new vehicle implementation. Testing should be thorough and complete for different scenarios of product and customer.
• Maintain international pricing process including exchange rate changes, updating Salesforce system with required data and notification to International Distribution based on Foreign Sales Corp regulations
• Develop and launch and maintain written “Standard Work” for all aforementioned responsibilities
• All pricing files must be maintained as items are added, changed or deleted throughout the year

Configuration Responsibilities (75%) 

• Develop and administer all configuration policies for vehicles, accessories and options including any new products
• Set up configurations for all products for ordering Logik.io
• Design, develop, model, set up and test all configuration rules for products in Logik.io
• Set up and maintain all new product lines in Salesforce – assign all new parts to appropriate product lines
• Responsible for all testing in relation to configuration updates and new vehicle implementation
• Responsible for all changes to configuration, develop, test and deployment of changes
• Set up and maintain marketing description for all products in configurations consistent with pricing descriptions
• Validate and maintain integrity of accessory part numbers for all vehicle models
• Manage the incorporation of all changes to vehicle configurator system for Logik.io, Salesforce internally and externally
• Maintain all ECN changes to all cars in Logik.io
• Ensure ABOM’s match the configuration and rules for ordering products
• Coordinate changes with Customer Service, Manufacturing, Sales
• Support Project Implementations
• Develop and launch and maintain written “Standard Work” for all aforementioned responsibilities.

Serve as key point-of-contact for all issues pertaining to pricing and configurator administration. Serve on team involving new product launches. Ensure accuracy of all vehicle configurations and pricing. Any other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field.
• 2-5 years related experience to the responsibilities listed above.
• Must have CRM or ERP exposure, Salesforce/Logik.io experience preferred.
• Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Access, Sequel Server, and some scripting language such as Javascript is highly desired.
• Ability to travel - up to 10%
