Summary: This position provides high levels of service and support to Commercial Deposit Group Leaders, Relationship Managers, and their respective customers and prospects. Partners with team members to learn how to answer customer inquiries including analyzing and resolving customer problems with guidance from team members.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand and comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the position
• Assist Deposit Relationship Managers with obtaining the required documentation for account opening
• Assist commercial and specialty deposit clients with new accounts, wires, and account questions
• Maintain current working knowledge of commercial account products, including treasury management services, and investment alternatives
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the relationships/portfolios supported
• Act as Commercial Banking’s primary customer contact for targeted commercial and specialty deposit clients with complex bank account structures and/or servicing requirements
• Retain commercial banking relationships by providing timely, accurate, and professional customer service and problem-resolution
• Process outgoing manual and/or reverse wires as well as perform wire callbacks
• Perform Interest Adjustments, Earnings Payments, and/or process Third Party Invoice Payments
• Perform EB5 and CRE account transactions
• Manage incoming requests from Clients/Relationship Managers, and assign tasks accordingly
• Assist with new account reviews (Audits)

• Regular and consistent attendance is required

Education and/or Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience in commercial banking relationship management, service, and or/support
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a financial institution
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience opening new accounts

• Proficient in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and industry-specific software
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
