Job Description :

The Esports Summer Events Coordinator will work closely with the Esports Coordinator and Program

Chair of the Esports Management program to plan and execute summer event initiatives such as

tournaments, recruiting events, and partner engagements. It is expected that this position will require

approximately 5 hours per week.

Location : Post University Main Campus Drubner Athletic Building Esports Lab

Rate of Pay : Minimum Wage

This is a seasonal opportunity with an end date of August 12th, 2024.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

The primary duty of the Esports Summer Events Coordinator is to ensure that Post University Esports

continues to engage existing and potential new students through the summer months.

• Serve as the Head Tournament Organizer for our Summer Tournament Series
• Keep up to date on collegiate esports recruiting events and create a calendar for use by the Esports

Coordinator and Esports Program Chair

Work with our partners to develop new initiatives to engage and recruit during the summer months

Minimum Skills, Training and Attributes

Must be a current student at Post University willing and able to work on campus regularly during the

summer months

Must be an active student in the gaming and esports community at Post University
