**Responsibilities:**
- Perform sterilization and decontamination of medical instruments and equipment
- Adhere to proper aseptic techniques during all processes
- Maintain accurate records of processed items and inventory control
- Manage and supervise the sterilization process
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet instrument needs
**Qualifications:**
- Graduation from Certified Surgical Tech program or at least two years experience in CRCST or equivalent experience in processing sterile instruments required. At least five years experience as Certified Surgical Tech preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Proficiency in inventory control practices
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
-CRCST certification required within two years
