TDI is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative
We’re currently seeking a motivated a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our Sales team.
This is an in-office position located in VA Beach, VA.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Manage the order-writing and client confirmation process
- Follow up with the client post-delivery to ensure best-in-class service
- Work collaboratively with the sales representative for CRM activities and follow up commitments to be done on-time and accurately
- Previous experience in customer service/experience or inside sales support
- Experience in promotional products/sales
- Experience using a CRM
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Detail oriented with an eye for accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and work quickly in a deadline-driven environment
- Utilize technology to manage daily routines and work proactively
