Just Right Cleaning is a commercial cleaning company. We provide cleaning services in MD, Northern VA, and D.C. We are looking to hire responsible, reliable, hardworking, passionate cleaners that have an eye for detail. Must have at least 2 or more years of experience in the basic general cleaning of buildings, ground floor window cleaning, and floor care work such as stripping, buffing, waxing, scrubbing and carpet cleaning. Must be available any day of the week. Must be available overnight and early morning anytime from 10:00pm-9:00am. Must answer all questions on the application to be considered for employment. Must submit an up-to-date resume to be considered for employment.

Cleaner Responsibilities:

-Must be able to work and travel to areas in Maryland, Northern, VA and D.C. Company vehicle will be provided or company will pay for gas/milage.

-Able to work a flexible schedule

-Able to fill-in if needed

-Able to work on call if needed

-General cleaning of building: keeping it maintained, clean and in good condition

-Light dusting

-Cleaning of surfaces

-Cleaning of bathrooms

-Cleaning of kitchen

-Refill dispensers

-Collect and dispose of trash

-Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors

-Complete floor care tasks: scrubbing, stripping, buffing, waxing, carpet cleaning

-Cleaning of interior and exterior windows: ground level

-Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision

-Keep cleaning supplies in stock

-Work and communicate with Management when necessary

-Must be able to complete other job related tasks or requirements not listed here

Cleaner Requirements:

-Must have a valid Drivers License

-Must show proof of up-to-date driving record

-At least 2 years of janitorial commercial cleaning experience

-At least 2 years of window cleaning experience

-At least 2 years of commercial floor care experience:

• Carpet cleaning
• Scrubbing floors
• Stripping, buffing and waxing floors

-Must have a reliable up-to-date cell phone with mobile data to see schedule and clock-in and clock-out

-Must have a bank account for direct deposit payments

-Ability to manage your time efficiently

-Work well when supervisors are not present

-Handle basic cleaning tasks

-Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment

-Must have great communication skills

-Able to use basic cleaning equipment and floor care equipment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
