Board of Directors Position Description
Total Care Services, Inc. (TCS) is looking for dynamic individuals to serve on our Board of Directors. As stewards of our organization's mission of helping others meet life’s challenges, Board members play a pivotal role in guiding our strategic direction and ensuring the fulfillment of our objectives. We are seeking individuals who bring not just expertise, but a genuine passion for our mission.

(TCS) has proudly supported people of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities, complex medical and behavioral health needs, and physical disabilities across the District of Columbia and Maryland as a provider of direct Home and Community-Based support and expert case management for Medicaid services. What to Expect as a Board Member
This role involves participating in regular meetings, providing guidance and expertise, and contributing to strategic decisions that advance our mission. You can expect board meetings each quarter and 1-3 hours of committee work each month. We will include a full position description with additional details in the Board Information Packet.
