Mozaic is searching for a Site Supervisor for Day Hab/Day Services in Cayuga County to join our growing team of professionals . This position is responsible for the direct supervision of assigned Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and ensures compliance with regulations and agency policies and procedures.
Site Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for direct supervision, training, and mentoring of direct support professional staff.
- Ensures compliance with regulations and agency policies and procedures.
- Ensure all program participants are protected of their rights at all times.
- Confirm all activities are completed by individuals as outlined in their Life Plans.
- Plans and coordinates daily activities.
- Ensures all assigned staff are fully trained per agency requirements to implement the DSP duties and responsibilities
- Follow the program budget and track financial documentation
- Develops and maintains positive and professional relationships with families/guardians of the individuals, local businesses and service providers.
Site Supervisor Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Two years supervisory or leadership experience required.
- Basic computer skills.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (Flexibility is Required)
Salary Range : $19.00 to $21.00 Per hour
