• Answer and direct all incoming calls in a polite and friendly manner 
• Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors may have 
• Operate standard office equipment on regular basis, including copy machine and computer 
• Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times 
• Receive deliveries: sort and distribute mail 
• Take inventory and restock as needed 
• Respond to emails in a friendly and professional manner 
• Manage and distribute uniform items. Working with HR manager on ordering for needs 
• Prepare orientation folders for all orientation classes 
• Prepare room for new hire orientations and trainings 
• Scan review and assist in personnel documentations to appropriate files 
• Assist with and update compliance and licensing of employees
