Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and energetic Group Exercise Instructor to join our team. As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will lead dynamic and engaging fitness classes for our members in various formats, including BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyBalance, and RPM. You will be responsible for creating and delivering safe and effective workout routines, providing clear instructions and demonstrations, and motivating participants to achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead group fitness classes in accordance with the class schedule and format guidelines.
• Plan and prepare creative and challenging workout routines that cater to the needs and fitness levels of participants.
• Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises, ensuring proper form and technique.
• Motivate and inspire participants to maximize their workout experience and achieve their fitness goals.
• Offer modifications and adjustments to exercises to accommodate individual needs and limitations.
• Maintain a positive and supportive environment that encourages participation and fosters a sense of community among class participants.
• Ensure the safety of participants by adhering to proper exercise techniques and safety guidelines.
• Stay informed about current fitness trends, industry developments, and best practices in group exercise instruction.
• Assist with member inquiries, provide fitness-related advice, and promote our fitness programs and services.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience teaching group fitness classes preferred but not required.
• Strong passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational personality.
• Ability to adapt to different fitness levels and provide personalized instruction.
• CPR and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability to teach classes during between the hours of 6:30 am - 8:30 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am - 4:00 pm on weekends.
