ARCare is Hiring an EHR and Data Analytics Manager Near Searcy, AR

POSITION SUMMARY

The EHR and Data Analytics Manager is responsible for the developing, organizing, and executing all EHR functions within the organization. This includes analyzing all EHR operations to meet customer requirements, the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions. The EHR and Data Analytics Manager will also help conduct various analytics, reporting, and process improvement projects for the organization.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Develop and implement strategic plan to achieve organization goals and objectives
  • Lead and manage teams to ensure high performance and productivity levels

  • Analyzes and supports complex business needs presented by the user community and/or clients and recommends technical solutions.
  • Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions.
  • Analyzes operations in executing production tasks according to a documented schedule that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Follows detailed timeline for each application release and implements effective project control by monitoring the progress of the software release and reporting the status.
  • Analyzes and implements solutions and workflows in the EHR system.
  • Represents the IT function at customer review meeting when appropriate.
  • Participates in education programs as directed.
  • Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Prepare periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
  • Collect, analyze, and trouble-shoot complex data across multiple platforms.
  • Design and implement new reporting structures.
  • Evaluate changes and updates to systems
  • Coordinate with IT for data connections and maintenance of data systems.
  • Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization
  • Lead and implement process improvement processes as needed.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in computer science or related field or related experience.

Experience: Two to four years related experience. Management experience preferred.

Computer Skills: Proficiency within an Electronic Health Record. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Bi. Ability to learn and adapt to changing technologies as the organization changes.

Other Requirements

Must be a self-started, highly organized, and able to work well with staff at all levels in the organization, and interpersonal skills. Must possess excellent speaking and oral communication skills.
