Job Description
- Conducting real estate closings, both residential and commercial.
- Title examinations and the review and analysis of title examinations.
- Legal research and drafting of a wide range of transactional documents.
- Issuance of title insurance commitments and policies and drafting applicable policy exclusions.
- Corresponding and meeting with leaders, real estate brokers and agents, and multiple parties to various transactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Desire to thrive in a small environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures.
- Licensed attorney with 2 years of experience. Law firm experience is preferred, but not required.
- Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
- Salary 70-75k BOE
- Monday-Friday
- Company pays 100% of medical (after 30 days)
- Dental (after 30 days)
- Vision (after 30 days)
- Life insurance (after 30 days)
- PTO (after 30 days)
- 401k Matching (after 90 days)
