This role requires strong writing and editorial skills, along with research and fact-checking abilities. The ideal candidate will have a BA degree or equivalent work experience, native-speaking fluency, and be located in-market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prompt and Completion Writing: Write prompts and completions in specific categories, ensuring high quality and relevance.

• Research and Fact-Checking: Conduct thorough research and fact-checking to ensure accuracy and credibility of content.

• Content Editing: Edit and refine written content to meet style guidelines and maintain consistency.

• Bias and Cultural Sensitivity: Develop a deep understanding of biases and cultural considerations relevant to the content.

• Continuous Learning: Stay current with advancements in natural language processing, machine learning, and Generative AI.

• Training and Feedback Participation: Participate in regular training and feedback sessions to continuously enhance content quality.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent writing and editorial skills with the ability to adapt style and tone.

• Strong research and fact-checking abilities to ensure content accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

• Detail-Oriented: Detail-oriented approach to data annotation, curation, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: BA degree in English, Social Sciences, Humanities, Creative Writing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Professional writing experience preferred (e.g., copywriter, journalist, editor, PR communications specialist).

• Native-speaking fluency in English.

• Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) principles is a plus.
