CONDUSTRIAL is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Spartanburg, SC
Condustrial is looking for an entry-level customer service representative in Spartanburg, SC. The perfect candidate will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. AUTOMOTIVE SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Pay: $15-16/hour.
Shift: M-F 8a-430p.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls.
- Sales order entry.
- Identify and assess needs.
- Build sustainable relationships with our customers.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Keep an accurate record of interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience.
- Troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to a wide client base.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- High School Diploma.
