- Provide supervision and coordination of care on assigned shift, so that standards of care are maintained. Participate as an active member of the multi-disciplinary team.
- Develop a therapeutic relationship with clients and provide accurate, current client concerns, cares, and/or other pertinent information to the team.
- Provide for client safety and maintain a safe, drug free therapeutic environment.
- Administer medications and perform treatments.
- Provide chemical dependency and psychiatric care to clients as identified in Treatment Plan.
- Must be licensed or eligible to obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota. *Future Registered Nurses who are within six (6) months of graduating and taking their NCLEX-RN are encouraged to apply. Contingent job offers may be made upon successful completion of degree and passing of NCLEX-RN.
